Following yesterday’s announcement from the government I have made the difficult decision to put the studio on pause until further notice 😞
If you have a voucher, as mentioned below, any voucher which is due to expire March 2020 or later, we will be waiving the expiry dates until further notice so you still get a chance to use your voucher.
I will still be working behind the scenes and I can still send out vouchers which we will continue to sell on our website (with much longer expiry dates than usual) 😊 I will also still be by the phone and checking messages/emails. Vouchers may take longer to be posted to you, so please be patient!
If you currently have an order with us, I will be posting these (frames are not able to be posted, so we will post the rest of your order in the meantime) these orders may take slightly longer to process than originally planned due to the restrictions that have been put in place by the government, just keep an eye out for the postie!
