12 Days of Christmas – Terms & Conditions
These special offers are part of our 12 Days of Christmas promotion and are only valid on the day they are released. By purchasing or redeeming an offer, you agree to the following terms:
1. Offer Validity
Each offer is valid for one day only and must be purchased or redeemed on that specific date.
All photoshoots included in the promotion must be booked and completed by 31st May 2026.
Expiry dates cannot be extended.
2. What’s Included
Each offer includes exactly what is stated in the description (e.g., number of images, products, length of session).
Offers cannot be changed, swapped, or exchanged for another service.
Offers have no cash value and are non-refundable.
3. Bookings
Photoshoots must be booked in advance and are subject to studio availability.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you cancel late or do not attend your session, the offer may be forfeited.
Rescheduling must follow our usual notice period.
5. Upgrades & Additional Purchases
You’re welcome to upgrade your package or purchase extra digital images, prints, or products at our standard product guide.
Included images or products cannot be exchanged for different items.
6. Combining Offers
Christmas offers cannot be used with any other discounts, promotions, gift vouchers, or credit.
Offers also cannot be applied to existing bookings.
7. Transferability
Offers may be transferred to another person if needed — please just tell us their name before the session takes place.
